YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy is basking high on the super success in the recent polls and with a huge sweep, he is focused on addressing the issues of the people along with the promises he made before the polls. The biggest challenge for YS Jagan is getting Special Status for the state. As per the latest update, YS Jagan met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Tirupati and had a discussion for an hour. As per the reliable sources, it is learned that Modi and his cabinet are in plans to grant Conditional Special Status for Andhra Pradesh.
If this is true, it would be a huge relief for AP state along with the government. Special Status would be granted for backward areas in the state along with special incentives. YS Jagan explained about how Special Status would help AP and he revealed about the sentiments of AP people. Modi and his cabinet would take the final call soon and good clarity is expected by June 15th during the Niti Aayog meeting that will be held in the national capital.
