The Supreme Court has ordered to complete the investigation in
accident case within seven days in Unnao Rape case. It is known that
Unnao rape survivor and her lawyer is batling for the life after their
car is hit by the truck on 28th July. In this accident, she lost her
SC transfer all the five cases associated with Unnao
victim-gangrape, custodial death to Delhi immediately. As per the
victim' letter, SC orders security to her and family, injured lawyer and
his family. CRPF security to be provided to the victim.
Ranjan Gogoi ordered State of Uttar Pradesh to give Rs.25 lakh interim
compensation to the Unnao Rape survivor. SC asked the counsel to take
the opinion of victim and victim' lawyer' families whether they willing
to shift them to Delhi from Lucknow or not.
The trial court to hear the case on a day to day basis and complete the same within 45 days.
After today' judgment, Unnao survivor' sister demand to hang Kuldeep Singh Sengar and also wanted to release their uncle. The UP government has suspended three cops including two women cop who appointed for the security of unnao victim earlier.
The registry has said that the delay of Unnao victim' letter is not deliberate as they got more than 6,000 letters for July. The registry was in process of screening when it came to know from reports that the survivor had written to the CJI. Every month they will get 5,000 letters.
